The Cocoon

A small sheltered place, off the ground. Our Cocoon is a hand-woven rattan pod on slim metal legs — a round, enclosed cat basket with a soft cushion inside and a single round opening at the front. Half basket, half modernist sculpture. A quiet spot for a kitten to curl into, and a piece of furniture that earns its place in the room around it.
