Where we ship
Velour ships to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada from our UK fulfilment warehouse.
Shipping rates
United Kingdom:
- £4.99 flat rate on orders under £50
- Free standard delivery on orders £50 and over
United States & Canada:
- $7.99 flat rate on orders under $50
- Free standard delivery on orders $50 and over
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt.
- UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch (fulfilled via Yodel / Royal Mail)
- US / Canada: 7–14 working days after dispatch
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Every order is tracked end to end.
Customs & duties
UK orders: no additional charges — VAT is included in the price shown at checkout.
US and Canadian orders: any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the recipient's responsibility. These are set by your country's customs authority, not by Velour.
Address changes
If you spot an error in your shipping address, email us immediately at velour.admin.uk@gmail.com. We can amend the address up until the order is dispatched (usually within the first 24 hours). After dispatch, the parcel is with the courier and we can't reroute it.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or tracking hasn't updated for more than five working days, email us and we'll investigate with the courier.
