velour is a small london atelier. each piece is designed in london and finished in small batches from natural materials, then shipped from our uk warehouse.
do you make luxury beds for both cats and dogs?+
yes. the collection holds considered, hand-finished beds, houses and furniture for both cats and dogs, from woven rattan cat beds to raised rattan dog beds with a canopy.
what materials do you use?+
natural materials only: leather, linen, oak, rattan, ceramic and stone. small batches, made to soften with use, nothing synthetic pretending to be something it isn't.
how much is delivery, and where do you ship?+
uk delivery is complimentary on orders over £50 and typically arrives in 3 to 7 days. we also ship to the united states and canada.
what is the 30-night promise?+
live with the piece for thirty nights. if it isn't right for your home or the small life it's for, return it for a full refund, no questions.
how should i care for a woven or rattan piece?+
dust the weave gently with a soft brush, and lift out the cushion to wash. the frame holds its shape and warms over the years rather than wearing out.
